Hostels

Student Residential Area

The core of the life of the student manager after the classroom session is the hostel premises in Sri Balaji University.

Hostel life is the most important part of one’s journey at BIMHRD. With over 700 student managers (including boys and girls) staying at our hostel, the atmosphere of learning and having fun while staying at BIMHRD is unmatched. These accommodation and recreational facilities are available for BIMHRD as well as for all the three sister institutes. It is a place where student managers relax, refresh and re-energize and also interact with their peers for the discussion on various topics.

Apart from the hostel, a laundromat is there in the hostel premises for cleaning, pressing, stitching etc. A doctor is also present in the hostel premises for providing basic first aid and for treating minor ailments. An ambulance is present at the hostel premises so that proper and timely aid can be provided in case of an emergency.

There is a cluster kind of arrangement with residential spaces for 12 student managers in the cluster and each cluster with four rooms and a common living area. Each floor contains eight clusters with four floors for the student managers in the hostel building. Facilities such as drinking water coolers, lockable steel almirah and in-room furniture are provided for the student managers in the hostel premises.

There are student managers assigned with the responsibility of maintaining the decorum of the hostel premises. ‘Cluster friend’ and ‘Floor friend’ are appointed among the student managers for the proper supervision of rules and regulations.

Hostel facility is available to both male and female candidates. Due to less number of seats, the allotment takes place on the first-come-first-serve basis. For students, who are not able to avail the hostel at Sri Balaji University, can look for the nearby accommodations which are present at an affordable price.
