Guidelines for the Submission of Abstract

• The extended abstract should include the following sections:

  • Introduction (Purpose)

  • Brief Review of Literature

  • Design/Methodology/Approach

  • Data Analysis and Findings

  • Research Limitations/Implications/Theoretical Contributions

  • Practical Implications

  • Originality/Value

  • Keywords (5–7)

• Abstract Format: 250–300 words | Times New Roman | 12 pt | MS Word Format | 1.5” Margin

• References should follow APA 7th Edition style. (Reference examples: https://apastyle.apa.org/instructional-aids/reference-examples.pdf)

• The extended abstract must be submitted as an Anonymous Manuscript (no author details in the file). Only the title of the paper should appear at the top of the document.

• Full paper submission is required only after the abstract is accepted.

Guidelines for Full-Length Paper Submission

Authors whose extended abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit full papers.

• The paper must describe original, unpublished work and must not be under review elsewhere.

• Word limit: 4,000–6,000 words (including text, figures, tables, references, and appendices).

• Full Paper Format: 4,000–6,000 words | APA 7th Edition | Plagiarism <10%

Further Guidelines

• Similarity Index: Less than 10% (Turnitin report to be submitted with the final paper).

• File format: MS Word, A4 size, 1-inch margins on all sides.

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

• Headings: Bold; Subheadings: Italic.

• Tables, figures, and graphs must be included within the text with proper numbering, captions, and sources.

• Figures and tables should be in black & white, minimum resolution 300 dpi.

• Author details (name, designation, affiliation, ORCID ID (if any), email, and contact number) should be provided on a separate page (Title page). The main manuscript must remain anonymous for double-blind review.

Selected papers will be considered for publication in SCOPUS / ABDC-indexed journals or edited volumes with ISBN subject to review and editorial approval. Authors are expected to pay Article Processing Charges of journals (If any).
